It is officially Summer and the 2026 Regatta Season in full swing! Please see above calendar of regatta races and practices. Huge shout out to all racers who have competed at the first Regatta Race on May 30th with 2 crews, Specials and 13 girls earning medals! Way to smash! This year is special! We're celebrating Kamaha'o's 20th anniversary! For 2 decades, Kamaha'o has been dedicated perpetuating Hawaiian Culture, strengthening our community, bringing families together, and creating lifelong friendships. Mahalo to everyone who has been part of this journey! Here's to 20 years of paddling with purpose and many more to come! _______________________________________________________________________ NEWS: Call To Action - Kokua is Needed As Many have might have seen or came to support, Kamaha'o has a received a vacate notice to vacate where our club has called home for 20 years by end of November. We have shared our story to the Ewa Beach Community Board Meeting and with the support of the board along with Senator Fevella, we have started a petition to gain community support to stay. Please see the QR code on this flyer. If you have a few minutes of your time, please complete the petition. Every signature counts. Also continue to check our social media pages both IG and FB where we have links to the petition and provide updates. Mahalo Senator Fevella, Ewa Beach Community Board Members, State representatives, Congress representatives, Miliary Representatives and the community in hearing our story and supporting our club! We are humbly asking all supporters in our community, current and former Kamaha'o members, race team paddlers, recreational paddlers, and ohana members to help us by writing a letter to Senator Fevella's office. Please share how Kamaha'o has impacted your life, your ohaha's life, or simply what this means to you. No letter is too long or too short. Every email matters, and every voice helps tell the story of why Kamah'o is worth fighting for. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo to everyone who has reached out with words of encouragement, commented on our posts, shared our story, and signed our petition. PADDLING SCHEDULE...
- Recreational Paddling : Sunday's from 8:00 AM to 10:00am
- Rec paddle for June 7th and June 21st
- Keiki/Youth: Tue and Wed: 4:30-6:30pm
- Women: Mon and Thur: 4:30-6:30pm
- Men: Tue, Wed and Thur: 4:30pm-6:30pm

Take H-1 West to the Ewa Exit 5A. Stay on Ft. Weaver Road for 4.5 miles. Turn left at the Iroquois/Geiger Road intersection (the Ewa Town Center/Foodland will be on your right). Follow the Kapilina signs along this country road about 3 miles, past the Naval Magazine, until you see the large Kapilina property sign where you make a left. Check in at our guarded gate through the left entrance for visitors. Tell the gate guard that you are going to paddle with us (They will give you a day pass.) Continue straight on the road. After the 2nd Stop sign, the road will curve left along the beach. Go past the 3rd stop sign. Park at the beach parking on the right and walk toward the beach. The Canoe Hale will be on the left hand side on the beach.
*Please make sure you have all vehicle information updated and current, please be in the guest lane (far left) when coming into the property. Please complete any document upon entering the community. |
